A contract was signed with JP Kovinski komunalac
On October 12, 2016, a contract was concluded between the public utility company Kovinski komunalac and InfoSoft d.o.o where the subject of the contract is an integrated information system.
The integrated information system is planned to support: financial module, cemetary, market, technical module and legal service, as well as optional modules such as customer center, hygiene zoo, process management and documentation, which would be part of the plan for some of the next phases of the information system implementation.
A contract was signed with JP Polet Plandište
On October 18, 2016, a contract between JP Polet Plandište from Plandište and InfoSoft d.o.o.
The subject of the contract is procurement and delivery of the information system, its installation, migration of data from the legacy system, implementation and training of staff in JP Polet Plandište from the domain of application of the information system for improvement and centralization of databases of the existing information system.
A contract was signed with JKP Vodokanal, Sombor
On May 11, 2017, a contract between the public utility company Vodokanal from Sombor and InfoSoft d.o.o. was concluded.
The subject of the contract is the integrated information system of the company which should consist of, in addition to the basic financial modules, a billing system for utility services, then process and documentation management, tools for the end-user creation of new attributes and new reports, a technical module and a module of the legal service.
A contract was signed with DOO Komunalne djelatnosti Bar
In December 2019, a contract was signed for the procurement of an integrated PoIS information system with DOO Komunalne djelatnosti Bar.
DOO Komunalne djelatnosti Bar deals with garbage collection, as well as funeral services and the market, so the newly acquired information system PoIS will more successfully run the entire business, which will now be centralized and modernized.
Due to epidemiological measures during the Covid 19 pandemic, most of the end-user training was conducted online, which proved to be an extremely successful way of training, all in combination with users who were interested in this type of communication and extremely dedicated.
A contract was signed with JKP Vodovod Smederevo
In October 2019, a contract was signed for the procurement of an integrated PoIS information system.
This integrated system aims to integrate all decentralized legacy databases and create a new centralized system that will provide better insight into the financial condition of JKP Vodovod Smederevo consumers, as well as provide more detailed insight, analysis and evaluation of financial data. Also, doing business through the new system will reduce consumer complaints, as well as speed up the response to existing ones. Modernization of business through the new information system will be visible on the first issued water bill.
A contract was signed with JKP Vodovod Sremska Mitrovica
In March 2021, a contract was signed for the procurement of an integrated PoIS information system with JKP Vodovod Sremska Mitrovica.
The introduction of a new information system implies the migration of data from the legacy database and the harmonization of data from decentralized databases in the new centralized database. Also, the process of introducing new software includes reengineering business processes, which will ultimately contribute to the existing way of doing business and monitoring new trends in utilities.
