For assistance at any time during working hours, we provide Help Desk if you are our client i.e. the end-user of PoIS. To access the Help Desk system you have to have a registered account. In case you do not have an account for access to our Help Desk, contact the person in your company who is in charge of communication with InfoSoft, so we would register a new account for Help Desk on demand.
